Responsibilities:
 

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth, setting the tone for an exceptional experience at The Bowls Club.

• Engage with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with a smile.

• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have, providing excellent customer service at all times.

• Maintain a well-presented appearance and demeanour, reflecting the high standards of The Bowls Club.

• Collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the event.

• Uphold the values of The Bowls Club by embodying positivity, professionalism, and a "fabulous" attitude.

Requirements:

 

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

• A passion for creating memorable experiences and exceeding customer expectations.

• Able to maintain a polished appearance throughout shifts.

• Valid permit to work in the UK
