A relaxed summer experience, carefully managed behind the scenes
A day at The Bowls Club is designed to flow naturally. Your guests arrive, settle in, get involved in the games at the allocated time and enjoy the venue at their own pace — all in a setting that feels social, energetic and easy.
Most experiences last 3–5 hours, with many guests choosing to stay longer, subject to space.

01
Arrive & Welcome
Arrive at Finsbury Square and be welcomed by our hosting team. You’ll be shown to your reserved area, given your food and drink tokens, and eased into the day with music and live entertainment from the moment doors open.
02
Settle In
Grab a drink, catch up with your team and enjoy the atmosphere. Your reserved area is your base for the experience — a place to relax between games, food and entertainment.
03
Play
Bowls sessions run on the half hour. You’ll be told when and where to play, with 50-minute games hosted in large team formats to keep things fast, social and inclusive.
04
Eat, Drink & Enjoy
Food is available from doors open until 21:30. Enjoy food, drinks and live entertainment as you move freely around the venue — everything running in parallel to keep the energy high.
05
Wind Down
Last orders are called 30 minutes before close. If your reserved area is needed back, you’re welcome to continue enjoying the wider venue, subject to space.
The Bottom Line
Everything is taken care of behind the scenes — you just turn up and enjoy a great day out.
